1574: Australian Yellow Leaf (new!)
This Australian heirloom leaf lettuce is a good performer in hot conditions. Leaves are lime-yellow and are ready to harvest 7 days earlier than most varieties.
1600: Black Beauty Hyb. (new!)
Dark green glossy fruit on compact plants. Heavy crops. Expect the first fruit in around 50 days.
1718: Ishikura Winter (new!)
(A. fistulosum) Plants to 45cm with 15cm of white stem. Single stemmed. Excellent raw or cooked.
1719: Pompei (new!)
(A. cepa). This Spring onion has a mild flavour making it ideal for salads etc. Quick maturing, it then develops a small flattened bulb that makes an ideal small pickling onion.
1802: Chick Pea (new!)
Prized for their high protein and fibre content, as well as their vitamins and mineral content. .
1803: Purple Podded (new!)
Expect heavy yields of long flat purple pods. Resists Powdery Mildew. Medium size plants.

An excellent variety known for its heat tolerance and large pods.
1819: GreenDevil (new!)
This variety produces flat dark green pods under a wide range of conditions. Pod are typically 10 to 11cm long and 2 to 2.5 cm wide. Pods do not cup, resulting in an attractive product. Good tolerance to leaf diseases. Plants up to 1.2 metres.
1839: Sunset QHI (new!)
(C. moschata). This uniform large Butternut is high yielding and has an attractive cream skin and deep orange flesh. The seed cavity is small. Plants have some virus resistance. Australian developed.
1903: Popping Corn (new!)
Use as Baby Corn when immature, or as Popcorn when mature and dry. Expect 5 or 6 cobs of true baby corn from each plant when harvested before the silk appears. Plant seed 10cm apart. Not to Tasmania.
1922: Stuffing (new!)
Medium sized orange-red tomatoes that are ideal for stuffing. Plants are indeterminate, requiring stakes. Matures in around 78 days.
1938: Burnley Gem (new!)
0pen pollinated determinate variety.with resistance to Fusarium Wilt. Plants to 60 cm. Early maturing. Fruit round, 5 to 7 cm.
2007: Red Italian (new!)
Rich sweet spicy leaves mid to deep purple in colour. Plants to around 45cm, leaves 2 to 4 cm long. Slow to flower.
2036: Coriander Lemon (new!)
Subtle lemon flavour and fragrance. Superb in Asian cooking and as a salad garnish. Sow regularly spring and autumn for continued supply. Suits pot or garden.
3324: Court Jester (new!)
Annual French marigold grown as a bedding plant. Very easily raised, it produces lengthwise striped yellow and burgundy flowers. An heirloom variety with a branching habit.
3346: Tiger Eyes (new!)
Tiger Eyes. Annual dwarf branched plant to 30cm. Flowers for a lengthy period, producing 5cm flowers with deep red outer petals and a fluffy bright yellow centre. Heirloom.
3521: Transformer (new!)
Transformer. (Nigella orientalis). Annual to 50cm with yellow flowers and unusual seedpods with long tentacles. Suitable for cutting. The curious seed pods are excellent for decorating.
3551: Golden Eggs (new!)
Small Egg shaped fruits follow the purple flowers. Fruit start off white and mature to a rich yellow. Fruit are edible, but very bitter when mature. Suitable for container growing or in a border.
3582: Tumbles Mix (new!)
This excellent spreading pansy comes in a mix of shades including, reds, blues, white, yellow and gold. Superb for hanging baskets and as a groundcover. Tolerates adverse weather conditions better than most. Expensive but worthwhile.
3686: Explorer Mix (new!)
This variety is aptly named as it acts as a spreading groundcover. Brilliant for landscapes. Early flowering, it gives season long colour. Flowers in pink, purple, red, rose and rose pink . Pelleted Seed.
3773: Black (new!)
Huge flowers of the Deepest Purple. Plants to 80 cm. Excellent for borders. Annual with huge double Paeony like flowers 10 to 12cm across. Prefers well drained soils and full sun. Germinates 2 weeks at 21 deg.C.
