RADISH 100 s/g

(Raphanus sativus). Sow thinly 2.5 cm. deep in moderately manured soil. Salad radish can be sown throughout the year in all but the coldest areas, taking 4 - 6 weeks to mature. Winter types are usually sown late summer/autumn for winter use, maturing in around 3 months.

SALAD RADISH:

1863: Fireball

Wilt resistant round red roots with short tops. Best harvested when 3 cm across.

Cylindrical scarlet roots tipped white 5 to 8 cm long. Crisp, tasty and attractive.

Attractive tasty purple skinned round radish. Excellent mixed with other varieties. Packets only.
