(D. elatum). Sow this perennial in spring and autumn (cold): autumn to mid winter (temp & trop). Germinates 18 - 21 days at 26 - 30 deg.C. with light excluded. Pre-chill by mixing with damp sand and placing in refrigerator 4 days before sowing.
